Did you know you can actually claim and occupy a house (or in this case, a cabin) in Hello Kitty Island Adventure? Getting a house in the game is a straightforward process but is pretty time-consuming. You'll need to play for long hours, learn how to repair houses, and then wait for two days (real time!). Brace yourself for a lengthy mission ahead. 

How to Get a House (Cabin)

Hello Kitty Island Adventure players will eventually get to take over an empty cabin and start decorating it as their home. This moment will come as part of the "Home Sweet Home" quest, which is divided into two parts and takes two real-world days.

To unlock the "Home Sweet Home" quest, you need to have Dear Daniel move into a cabin on the Friendship Island. To do so, you need to find items that Dear Daniel loves, which you can refer to in the Visitors tab, and place them in the cabin. If Dear Daniel rates the cabin 5 stars, he will ask you if he can move in!

How to Finish the "Home Sweet Home" Quest

Home Sweet Home Quest: Part 1

The first part of the "Home Sweet Home" quest will have you talk to My Melody and Cinnamoroll, as they suggest you get your personal cabin. Firstly, interact with My Melody near the Cozy Islands Mailbox and she will lead you to where Dear Daniel moved in.

Cinnamoroll will join the both of you and seeing how Dear Daniel is settled in his new cabin, he will suggest that you have your own home too. My Melody agrees and then tells you to build a sign and ask Chococat for help. A prompt will show that you have officially started the "Home Sweet Home Part 1" quest.

Next, you'll need to interact with Chococat. He will ask you to wait for one day as he and My Melody need some time to formulate a plan. Cinnamoroll will suggest a way to pass the time by bringing you to a place he calls "Cozy Crystal". 

This marks the end of the first part of the "Home Sweet Home" quest! Now you'll need to wait for the next day in real time, before beginning the second part.

Home Sweet Home Quest: Part 2

The second part of the "Home Sweet Home" quest requires you to learn how to repair a cabin and move in. Firstly, interact with Chococat who will be standing in front of Dear Daniel's cabin. He will bring you the delightful news that your cabin plan is complete. Chococat and My Melody will need x3 Strawberry Crates and x10 Sticks so you can get a house in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

After giving them the materials, you can now choose any of the empty cabins that you desire. My Melody will remind you that you need to pick a house that's already repaired. You also don't have to worry about picking the "perfect" cabin as you can always change your home in the future. If you have chosen a cabin, simply interact with the sign in front of the cabin and click "Move In".

This complete the "Home Sweet Home" quest and you now have your own cabin to enjoy. Have fun decorating your place!
