MR12 means you need 13 rounds to win, while MR15 means 16 rounds. In CS2, they switched to MR12 to make matches shorter.

Yeah, real matches are different, but bot maps are there to make sure your aim and spray become second nature. Once you get good at aiming quickly and controlling spray, you’ll find it way easier in actual games. Fast Aim/Reflex is great for training your reaction speed, which can be a game-changer in a firefight
