OG Parts Ways with Current Dota 2 Roster

The organization OG has announced the disbandment of its current Dota 2 roster following an unsuccessful start to the season. The club shared this news on its official page on X (formerly Twitter).

In the statement, OG thanked the players for their efforts and noted that the team plans to return to the professional scene in the future.

Most of the players were part of the roster for just over a month — Shad, Stojkov, and Lelis joined on September 23, 2025. Brazilian offlaner Lelis left the team earlier than the others — on October 14. The team's last tournament was DreamLeague Division 2 Season 1, where OG finished in 9th-12th place.

OG remains one of the most decorated organizations in Dota 2 history — the team has twice been crowned champions of The International (2018 and 2019). The next major tournament on the pro scene is BLAST Slam V, which will take place in China from November 25 to December 7. The championship's prize pool will be $1 million.
