On January 11, the final matches were played in the closed qualifiers for the DreamLeague Season 25 for the Middle East and Southwest Africa, where teams fought for a slot in the main stage of the tournament.
In the grand final, Chimera Esports defeated Nigma Galaxy. The match ended with a score of 3:1, and it's worth noting that Nigma Galaxy had no losses overall and made it to the grand final. Chimera Esports felt very confident in the qualifiers, winning against opponents without issues and advancing further, losing only to Nigma Galaxy in the upper bracket final. Nevertheless, they managed to reach the grand final and securely obtained a slot in the main tournament.
It's also worth mentioning the team Winter Bear, who made a pretty good run through the lower bracket throughout the qualifiers, losing only twice to Chimera Esports.
The closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 25 for the Middle East and Southwest Africa took place online from January 9 to 11. The teams competed for one spot in the main stage of the tournament. Qualifier results can be tracked via the link.
