Tundra Esports are a British esports club founded in October 2019, who immediately gained prominence when the team's Dota 2 roster won The International 2022.
The path to glory began in January 2021, when Tundra Esports recruited the mudgolems team, who already had some skilled players in the roster, such as skiter, Nine, and 33. The acquisition marked the beginning of a reign, topped off by a victory at the PGL Arlington Major 2022 and ending the year by dominating The International 2022's Team Secret 3:0.
Despite a worse result at The International 2023, in which the team finished 13-16, significant roster updates were made to put the team back to its promise. Following the updates, Tundra Esports proceeded to develop, gaining new wins and holding its position among the elite.
December of 2024, Tundra Esports introduced Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov, replacing Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko. In January of 2025, the team claimed FISSURE PLAYGROUND Belgrade 2025 Dota 2, defeating Team Falcons 3-2 in grand finals. The player of the tournament award went to Anton, who won an additional prize of $2,000.
This victory was a great success for Tundra Esports, making it a world-leading Dota 2 team. The victory in FISSURE PLAYGROUND Belgrade 2025 earned Tundra Esports a total of $400,000 of the event prize of $1,000,000.
