The group stage of BLAST Slam II for Dota 2 has concluded in Copenhagen. The seeding of participants for the tournament's playoffs has been determined based on the stage results.

Group Stage

Ten teams are participating in the championship. They were divided into two groups of five teams each. Matches were played in a round-robin system and in a best-of-one format. Based on the group stage results, the teams placed first in their groups advanced directly to the semifinals, the second places to the quarter-finals, the third to the second round of the playoffs, and the fourth and fifth places will start the playoffs from the first round.

All results of the group stage

All group stage matches were played in one day. In total, the teams played 20 matches in a best-of-1 format. Notably impressive in their play were Tundra Esports, Gaimin Gladiators, Yakult Brothers, and Nigma Galaxy, with each winning 3 out of 4 matches.

Playoff seeding

According to the group stage results, in the first round, BetBoom Team will face Xtreme Gaming, and PARIVISION will face Talon Esports. Group leaders Tundra and Gladiators advanced directly to the semifinals, while second-placed Yakult's Brothers and Nigma advanced to the quarter-finals. Team Liquid and Team Falcons will start the playoffs in the second round. The playoffs are scheduled to begin on February 5th at 16:00 CET.

BLAST Slam II takes place from February 4 to 9 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Teams are competing for a prize pool of $1,000,000. You can follow the schedule and results of the event via this link.
