Closed qualifiers for FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 are taking place from September 23 to November 2. The main tournament features a substantial prize pool, with six spots available through the qualifiers. Two teams will advance from Western Europe, while Eastern Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and China will each determine one representative.
The qualification format across all regions is double elimination. In five regions, the finals are played in a Best of 5 format, while other matches are played until two victories. In Western Europe, all series are played in a Best of 3 format, with two teams advancing to the main stage.

Eastern Europe
Confirmed teams include L1GA TEAM, 1w Team, Runa Team, Yellow Submarine, Kalmychata, eSpoiled, Team Tea, and 20Twice. One slot is up for grabs.
America
The bracket includes Wildcard, OG.LATAM, Perrito Panzon, Chimpazini Bananini, AllStars, Sentinel Esports, and Estar Backs. The region is competing for one slot.
Western Europe
The qualification will take place from October 23 to November 2. Participants known so far include Pipsqueak+4, sifr00, and Zero Tenacity, who advanced through open qualifiers. Other teams will be announced later. Two spots are available.
Southeast Asia and China
Both qualifiers will be held from September 27 to October 1. REKONIX and Execration have already progressed to the closed stage through open qualifiers. Other participants are yet to be confirmed. Each region has one spot available.
