The closed qualifiers for the BLAST Slam IV take place from September 26 to 28. The main tournament features a prize pool of $1,000,000, and several spots for different regions will be contested through the qualification stages. Europe gets two slots, while other regions receive one each.

The qualification format in each region is double elimination. In Europe, all series are played in a Best of 3 format, with two teams securing two slots. In China, Southeast Asia, and other regions, the final is a Best of 5, with the winner earning one slot.

The closed qualifiers feature NAVI, OG, AVULUS, Aurora, as well as Aim Possible, Kalmychata, Yellow Submarine, and Runa Team (from the open qualifiers). The region is competing for two slots.

China

Participants include Tearlaments, Yakutou Brothers, Hong shi zhang zui, ToLight, Surge Gaming, Roar Gaming, Cloud Rising, and Dong. There is one main slot, with the decisive match being Best of 5.

Southeast Asia

In the bracket are BOOM Esports, InterActive Philippines, Team Nemesis, Kopite, and four other teams from the open qualifiers. The region is competing for one slot through a Best of 5 grand final.
