Anime Squadron Madora guide

Madora is one of the strongest Secret rarity units you can obtain in Anime Squadron. Inspired by the legendary villain from Naruto, this powerhouse specializes in Burn damage and becomes stronger the longer he stays on the battlefield.

Unlike many damage dealers that rely on burst attacks, Madora gradually builds up Chakra Points through his attacks. Once enough Chakra is gathered, he enters Chakra Overflow Mode, gaining extra damage, lower cooldowns, and significantly stronger Burn effects.

How to Get Madora in Anime Squadron

Madora is a reward unit from the Ninja Village Squadron.

To unlock him, you must:

1. Complete the entire Ninja Village Story.
2. Unlock Chapter 4 of Ninja Village Squadron.
3. Farm the chapter repeatedly until Madora drops.

The unit is available in both Normal and Hard difficulties.

Madora Drop Rates

Hard mode is generally the better option because it offers:

• Higher drop rates.
• Lower pity requirement.
• Better chances of obtaining evolution materials.
• Faster overall progression.

However, Squadron stages are tougher than Story stages. Enemies deal more damage, have increased range, and often apply debuffs throughout the match.

How to Awaken Madora

After obtaining Madora, you can evolve him into Madora (Gunbai).

To awaken the unit:

1. Visit the Awakening NPC in the Upgrade Zone.
2. Select Madora.
3. Submit the required materials.

Madora's awakened version revolves around three powerful passives that work together perfectly.

Crimson Flame

Effect:

• Every ability attack applies Burn.
• Burn deals 30% damage over 6 seconds.

This passive is the backbone of Madora's kit.

Instead of relying on raw damage alone, he slowly melts enemies over time. Against tanky bosses or massive enemy waves, Burn damage adds up quickly.

Chakra Overflow

Effect:

• Every attack grants Chakra Points.
• At 10 Chakra Points, Madora activates Chakra Overflow.
• The mode lasts for 15 seconds.
• Grants: +30% Damage, -20% Cooldown, +200% Burn damage
• Chakra resets after the effect ends.

This is where Madora becomes truly terrifying.

The huge Burn multiplier allows him to delete enemies much faster than before, while reduced cooldowns mean more abilities cast during the buff window.

Because Chakra Overflow activates automatically, Madora scales naturally during longer matches.

Meteor Herald

Effect:

• Summons a giant meteor every 25 to 35 seconds.
• The meteor deals 200% damage to enemies.

Meteor Herald provides excellent area damage.

When paired with Burn effects, the meteor weakens entire waves at once, allowing Madora to clean up enemies effortlessly.

This passive is one of the reasons he excels in Infinite Mode and Squadron stages.

Recommended Traits

Monarch is the ultimate trait if you want to maximize Madora's DPS.

Meanwhile, Godspeed is surprisingly strong because more attacks mean faster Chakra generation, resulting in more Chakra Overflow activations.

Madora is one of the strongest Secret units currently available in Anime Squadron. His combination of Burn damage, automatic buffs, and meteor attacks makes him a monster in prolonged battles.
