At the time of writing this guide, KAY/O is among the less popular characters, picked mostly by dedicated fans or newcomers exploring the game. The KAY/O contract includes several unique items that can enhance your collection.

What is gear in Valorant?
Each Valorant agent has unique gear that can be unlocked by completing their contract. Currently, there are 25 agents in the game, with more to be added in the future. Gear includes cosmetic items that add uniqueness to your gameplay style:
- Skins: One exclusive weapon skin available at level 10.
- Sprays: Graphics you can apply to surfaces during matches.
- Player cards: Profile images for your in-game account.
- Charms: Decorative items for weapons.
- Titles: Text under your nickname.
- Currency: Most agents offer Kingdom Credits as rewards at level 5.

How to unlock KAY/O’s gear?
Unlock the agent
First, unlock KAY/O by spending 1,000 Valorant Points (real money) or 8,000 Kingdom Credits (in-game currency). Play different modes and complete tasks to quickly accumulate the required amount.

Once unlocked, go to the “Agents” tab from Valorant’s main menu, select KAY/O, and click “View Gear” to browse all available items.
KAY/O Contract Items
The KAY/O contract includes 10 items divided into two parts:
Part One:
- Drained Spray: 2,000 KC
- KAY/O Player Card: 2,500 KC
- Bot Title: 3,000 KC
- Training Bot Spray: 3,500 KC
- 2,000 Kingdom Credits: Free
Part Two:
- Memory Chip Charm: 4,500 KC
- KAY/O Spray: 5,500 KC
- Built Different Title: 6,500 KC
- Memory Log Player Card: 7,500 KC
- Fire/Arm Spectre Skin: 8,000 KC
To unlock any item, you must progress sequentially from the first to the last level. It’s not possible to purchase individual items out of order. Select the desired accessory and click “Unlock” to spend the corresponding amount of Kingdom Credits and equip the item.
Tips for quick progression
Unlocking all KAY/O gear requires earning a significant amount of Kingdom Credits. Here are some effective ways to speed up the process:
- Complete tasks: Daily missions grant substantial currency rewards without requiring much time.
- Play as a team: Some modes, like Ranked or Unrated, provide more currency for winning rounds. A strong team increases your chances of winning and earning more credits.

Is KAY/O’s gear worth it?
Most items are mediocre compared to other agent contracts, but there are a few standout rewards. Personally, I completed the contract for the Classic skin, which I really liked. The Training Bot Spray is also worth mentioning—it’s animated and quite funny, showing a robot lifting weights, which can cheer up your teammates.
