According to police, BlackRay, along with six other individuals, is suspected of being involved in the brutal detention of a man for three months, from February to April 2025. The victim, according to the investigation, was subjected to torture, physical abuse, and was coerced into taking loans under pressure.

The incident sparked widespread public outrage, leading the CAG Osaka team to withdraw from the Asia Pacific League 2025 – Stage 1: APAC North. BlackRay's profile was removed from the club's official website, and since then, the organization has remained silent regarding the player's status. Release on Bail
