Today, well-known Ukrainian commentator Alexey "yxo" Maletsky criticized the impunity of PERA, who passed to RMR with cheats during his live broadcast.
In response to the dubious achievements of PERA, yXo recommends obliging teams to record their webcams and teamspeak during qualifiers. In turn, PERA themselves passed to PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR B through open qualifiers, where they defeated many strong teams, which repeatedly suspected the team of using radar hacks.
However, the platform administrators where the qualifiers were held stated that as long as their anti-cheat does not find sufficient evidence - they cannot do anything. Thus, considering PERA to be clean.
yxo:
"The fckers from PERA are cheating right in front of everyone, and everyone talks about it on Twitter. It's a shame and a mess, Valve needs to do something about it. Where is the damned ESIC and their investigation? This team has such high skill and understanding of the game that they always come out 'two against one'. It's very simple, my proposal is as follows: for participation in official tournaments, a webcam is needed, recording the screen and the environment around the table. Also, a recording of teamspeak. It's not that hard. Can't do it? Then you don't play and fck off."
Remember, the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR starts on February 19, with 16 teams participating, but only 4 of them will be able to advance further. More information about this championship can be found here.
