YaLLa Esports have announced the full schedule for the upcoming YaLLa Compass tournament in Abu Dhabi. The $400,000 tournament will take place June 5-9 and will feature 12 teams.
The tournament will start with two groups of six teams that will face each other in a BO1 format. The top three teams from each group will advance to the Single Elimination playoffs, with the group winners advancing to the first round of the gridiron.

Abu Dhabi will see three teams make their first appearance at LAN after recent changes. ENCE will take part in their first event with Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev and Paavo “podi” Heiskanen, while fnatic and Ninjas in Pyjamas will finally play at LAN with Benjamin “blameF” Bremer and Isak “isak” Fahlén, respectively. Some teams have two matches scheduled for the first day, while others will play three matches each. On the next day the number of matches will be reversed: teams that played two matches on the first day will play three, and vice versa.
The YaLLa Compass tournament promises to be an exciting event in the world of cybersports. Also, this format is reminiscent of IEM Oakland 2017, then there was exactly the same format of groups and after the grid.
