Daniel “Vorborg” Vorborg announced his resignation as coach, but assured that he is staying in cybersport, focusing on its business side. He also said that he already has a new opportunity lined up, the details of which will be revealed soon.
“Thank you to all the players, staff and those who trusted me,” Vorborg stated. "I'm especially grateful to the fans - everyone who watches the streams and follows social media. Thanks to you, we have the opportunity to make a living from eSports, which is a dream come true."
It definitely wasn't an easy decision, but I've decided to step down from full-time coaching and working on the team side of things.

Vorborg made a name for himself coaching the Copenhagen Flames team, which included Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen and Jakob “jabbi” Nygaard. Under his leadership, the team debuted at PGL Major Stockholm 2021, finishing 9-11th, a significant achievement for the rookies.
After Copenhagen Flames, Vorborg worked as a coach at Evil Geniuses and Preasy, but did not achieve significant success. He admitted that he did not reach his potential as a coach and that both projects faced economic difficulties that prevented him from realizing the potential that had been set.
Daniel's main reasons for retiring from coaching were overwork and the need to devote more time to his family. He also mentioned a new opportunity outside of coaching that he could not refuse.
