Organizers of the BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023 for CS:GO have permitted Victory Zigzag to compete in the championship. This was reported by the Dust2.dk portal.
According to the information presented on the website, Victory Zigzag won't be playing with their coach Hardwell, as FACEIT banned his account for using cheats. The Russian coach was to replace Joel "joel" Holmlund, who ESIC temporarily suspended from participating in tournaments due to betting on matches in which his team played.
Player of Victory Zigzag, Daniel "mertz" Mertz, announced that his team will be playing with Mikkel "lund" Lund. Following the ban of the coach and one of the teammates, the team captain, Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov, stated that the upcoming tournament by BLAST will be his last competition with this team.
BLAST Premier: Fall European Showdown 2023 will take place online from October 4th to 8th. Teams will compete for a prize pool of $67,500 and a slot at the BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023. The schedule and results of the tournament can be tracked via the link.
