TheMongolz passed Eternal Fire and advanced to the CS2 Skyesports Championship grand finals

The Skyesports Championship 2024 semi-final between TheMongolZ and Eternal Fire caught the attention of many cybersports fans. This encounter promised to be an exciting battle, as both teams were eager to prove their superiority and get the title. However, the match turned out to be rather one-sided despite the expectations of the spectators.

For fans of cybersports, this match was of particular interest, as TheMongolZ have long established themselves as a strong team, ready to win at major tournaments. Eternal Fire, on the other hand, were no less ambitious and strived to show their best game on the LAN scene.

The match started with the Ancient map, chosen by TheMongolZ. An important retake on pad A by Senzu and a 5-0 start gave the team a significant advantage. However, Eternal Fire did not give up and thanks to the efforts of MAJ3R, won several key rounds, ending the first half with five rounds to go. In the second half, TheMongolZ, playing on the T side, confidently finished the map with a score of 13:8.

The next map was Dust2, where TheMongolZ showed their strength again, starting with a 9-3 advantage. Eternal Fire tried to get back into the game by winning the pistol round, but TheMongolZ were able to win the force round, thus subsequently ending the map with a final score of 13-4.

TheMongolZ now await the winner of the second semi-final between Aurora and 3DMAX to see who they will face in the Skyesports Championship 2024 grand finals. The winner of the tournament will receive a prize pool of $120,000.
