The owners of Ninjas in Pyjamas forced the organization to delete all posts in support of Ukraine in social media

Today, the owner of Maincacst, Vitaliy "V1lat" Volochai, noticed on his Telegram channel that the Swedish organization Ninjas in Pyjamas had removed all posts in support of Ukraine from its social media.

It is worth noting that NiP has long been considered a Swedish organization, which is no longer true, as the organization is now owned by a Chinese holding company.

This has been repeatedly reported by Reuters, citing its sources.

Sweden's Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP), one of the world's most famous esports teams, has teamed up with a Chinese counterpart to form a new organization that could be registered in the United States by the end of the year, two people with knowledge of the matter said. - two people with direct knowledge of the matter said.
NIP, best known for its powerful Counter Strike team, has agreed to merge through a share swap with ESV5, whose investors include Chinese video game streaming site DouYu, anti-virus firm Qihoo 360 and Mario Ho, son of the late Macau casino magnate Stanley Ho, the people told Reuters.

As a reminder, the NiP organization has teams in more than 13 different esports disciplines.

From the very beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the organization has been supporting Ukrainians in its posts in every way possible, as evidenced by the apology of the Twitter logo to the Ukrainian flag.

According to Vitaliy, the SMM specialists of Ninjas in Pyjamas have already expressed their indignation over this, but still obeyed the decision of the management:

There is an organization called NiP, supposedly Swedish. This organization has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the Russian invasion, but recently all references to it disappeared from their social media: NiP is no longer a Swedish organization, their owners are from China, and their League of Legends team plays in a Chinese league. And it was this league that asked NiP to remove all references to Ukraine from social media because it was "all politics."
NiP was removed. At the same time, their social media team was very unhappy with this decision of the owners, but they did not dare to go against those who pay their salaries.
So, NiP, who once repainted their logo in Ukrainian colors and wrote a lot about Ukraine, cleaned up everything so as not to offend RIOT China and the Chinese.

We would like to remind you that this is the first time that the team deletes all posts in support of Ukraine. Previously, BIG, NAVI, Team Vitality, FaZe Clan, and others have posted in support of Ukraine.
