Spirit advanced to the BLAST Spring Final grand finals by advancing past Vitality

Team Spirit picked up a 2-1 win against Vitality, securing one of the first spots in the BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024 Grand Finals.

The first map, Mirage, was Spirit's pick. Vitality dominated the first half for the defense side, ending the half with a 10-2 score, but in the second no matter how hard Spirit tried, they couldn't get the map to extra rounds and Vitality won 13-11.

 
 

On the second map, Dust2, selected by Vitality. During the first half, the game was evenly played and still Spirit won, finishing the map with a score of 13-9. The decisive confrontation unfolded on the third map, Anubis, where Spirit again showed their superiority, winning with a score of 13-9.

The best player of the match was Dmitry "sh1ro" Sokolov, who made a huge contribution to his team's victory, performing key kills and showing great play throughout all three maps.

Spirit will now face the winner of the Natus Vincere/Virtus.Pro pairing in the Grand Finals. The teams will battle it out for 200,000 and a slot in the BLAST Premier: World Final, with the Grand Final taking place tomorrow at OVO Arena Wembley.
