According to him, FaZe's primary goal is to perform at the first CS2 major happening this year. He stressed that the team is ready for hard work and a gradual approach to achieving this goal.
I think the end goal would be a great result at the Major, but we're not going to get too far of ourselves and just take it step by step. Katowice is also coming up, that's also a very big event, and we're going to go for that as well. It's after BLAST Groups, so it's going to be a long time on the road with many events back to back. I think it's BLAST Groups, Katowice, and then the RMR, and we'll also do a bootcamp for the Major so we'll be extra prepared.
The FaZe Clan team is actively preparing for numerous events in 2024, including BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2024, IEM Katowice 2024, and PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European RMR. It's worth noting that the team recently welcomed newcomer David "frozen" Čerňanský, and now FaZe must adapt their structure to accommodate the Slovak player. Thus, a boot camp is a sound decision for fruitful preparation.
PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 will be the first in CS2, and FaZe Clan is approaching it with high ambitions and readiness for an exhausting schedule of events. The team's goal is to win the major and showcase impressive results at these tournaments in 2024.
