Rigon "rigoN" Gashi has left the active roster of BIG in CS2, after being with the team for six months. This is the first roster change following the failure to qualify for the playoffs of the Shanghai Major 2024 and is likely not the last change in the lineup.
Joining BIG
During the summer offseason, his transfer was anticipated as he lives in Switzerland, implying proficiency in the German language. Additionally, his shooting skills were top-notch, making him an ideal candidate.
Results in BIG
After joining the team, they performed poorly at two premier tournaments such as BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 and IEM Cologne 2024 Play-in, but no one gave it much thought since these were their first tournaments together. However, over six months, the team's results were unsatisfactory, averaging 7th-8th place finishes, which is not great.
At the last tournament after the Major, they managed to lose to some mix team at a LAN tournament in Germany with a score of 2-0 (Mirage 13-11, Ancient 13-11), after which the decision to replace was seemingly made.
rigoN Statistics
In 2023, when rigoN played with friends from Kosovo under the name Bad News Eagles, and later Guild Eagles, he had an average rating of 6.2 for the year, which is quite impressive. However, after joining BIG, his statistics declined, and over the last three months, his rating was 5.7, and over the last month, it dropped to 5.5, which is extremely low.

There are several potential reasons for his poor statistics: either he couldn't bond with the BIG players, making it uncomfortable for him to play, or his individual form declined. But hopefully, he can regain his previous form and find a better team.
