Polish mix ORKS became the first team to leave the 18th season of the ESL Pro League. In the match of the lower bracket of Group A, the team lost to the Australians from Grayhound with a score of 1-2 and finished the tournament in 29-32 place.
"The Orcs had every chance to drop out of the tournament without a single won card in three matches, but in the end, they managed to outplay Grayhound on Mirage (16:12). Unfortunately, they fell a little short of victory on the second and third maps.
However, on the positive side, Arek "Vegi" Nawojski was named the best player of the match despite the loss. The statistics of 68/58 with 11 first duels won allowed the Pole to become the MVP of this bo3 series.
The next opponent in the bottom bracket will be the loser of the Astralis/FURIA pairing, as one of these teams will play in the EPL playoffs today.
