OG after failing at BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024 have made another change in the lineup, this time they said goodbye to Nils "k1to" Gruhne. Christian"Buzz" Andersen, a young talent and former Astralis player, joined them for the test period.
Background and importance
The German had been in the squad for about a year, where for most of it he served as OG captain after nexa's departure. But after failing at a tournament, the team signed Christoffer "Chr1zN" Storgaard to be captain, and k1to decided to take the position.
At the time of Chr1zN's signing, fans assumed that k1to would be the next to replace him, as keeping two captains in the lineup is a bad decision.

The coach of the team will be Lambert "Lambert" Prigent, who has been a player for 8 years, as well as two years of experience as a coach. During his time at OG, the team's best results were a 4th place finish at Global Esports Tour Rio de Janeiro 2024 and a 3rd-4th place finish at BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024.
Buzz joins the team, at a tough time when the team has 9 consecutive losses and hasn't won in three and a half months. For the player himself, this will be his second experience with a top team, as he played for Astralis for a year.

Community reaction
Most of the community had different reactions, some were happy to see him go because he was a weak individual player. The opinion of others is that he was not the best player, but they will miss him and look forward to having him back in the lineup. The players themselves have not commented in any way on the substitutions in the lineup so far, which adds to the mystery in the lineup.
Future tournaments
A tentative future tournament for the team is Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: European Qualifier B, which will take place online from August 21-24. Where in case of making it to the top 8, the team will qualify for Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: European RMR.
Most likely the team will play at various tournaments, but information about them will appear later.
