nitr0 is in talks with the CS2 organization

Nick "nitr0" Cannella, formerly of the VALORANT squads 100 Thieves and M80, is making his return to CS, marking his second comeback to the discipline after a long stint in Valorant. According to dust2.us, he was unable to reach an agreement with M80 regarding his entry into their CS2 roster.

Team Liquid and Complexity also declined potential deals with nitr0. Liquid is still exploring other options in the competitive market, while Complexity is satisfied with their captain, Johnny "JT" Theodosiou.

Sources close to the situation reported that negotiations between nitr0 and M80 stalled due to disagreements over team roles. M80's recent acquisition of s1n as the new IGL in March complicates nitr0’s potential for captaincy. It remains unknown whether nitr0 will act as a primary or secondary IGL.

As nitr0 continues to explore his options, NRG is showing active interest in him. The organization is reportedly in active negotiations, which could lead to a reunion with former teammates he played with in the CS2 lineup of Team Liquid.
