In a recent confirmation to the esports community, NIP manager has put to rest the swirling rumors about Artem "r1nkle" Moroz's potential departure from the team. Despite growing interest from several top-tier teams, including Team Liquid, r1nkle has expressed his dedication to NIP and has no plans to leave.
Erik Wendel, the esports manager for NIP, emphasized r1nkle's commitment in his statement to Dust2.se:
He doesn’t want to go anywhere; he loves his team, and naturally, we want to keep him.
This comes after speculation that Team Liquid, having recently benched their IGL and AWP player Casper "cadiaN" Møller, might be eyeing r1nkle as a replacement. Since joining NIP in April, r1nkle has quickly become one of the team's standout performers, notably helping them to a second-place finish at the YaLLa Compass tournament.
The confirmation has effectively closed the door on any immediate transfer possibilities for r1nkle, ensuring his continuation with NIP for the upcoming season.
