Nexus is parting ways with ERSIN

Romanian team Nexus has announced the parting of ways with Ersin "ERSIN" Chiriac, who has been part of the roster since the beginning of this year. ERSIN was brought in to replace Cristi "smekk" Flutur, and during his time with the team he helped achieve some success at tournaments.

During the time with ERSIN in the lineup, Nexus finished 5th-8th at YaLLa Compass Spring 2024, earning $1,000, and third at Appolo1 Series: Phase 2, losing to Monte Gen and earning $1,250. However, the team's results declined at the end of the season, leading to the decision to change the roster. Daniel-Cătălin "Ciocardau" Purice was brought into the team when Alexandru "s0und" Stefan moved to 9INE.

Now the Romanian team is back to four players and they will be looking for someone to help them step up and get better.

How soon Nexus will be able to find a new member and get their previous results back, time will tell. The team will continue their efforts at tournaments, the closest being the IESF World Esports Championship 2024: East European Qualifier, where they will represent the Romanian National Team, aiming to improve their position and achieve meaningful success at this and future tournaments.
