nbgee12 is detained and permanently banned on FACEIT after stealing an SSD at IEM Dallas 2024

According to Dust2.us sources, Adam “nbgee12” Zanzoul was apprehended by authorities at IEM Dallas 2024 in the early morning hours of May 31 after breaking into the grounds and stealing several solid state drives (SSDs) intended for use by players. The former Elevate standin was barred from the event and permanently banned from the FACEIT platform for his actions over the weekend.

nbgee12 admitted to gaining access to an unguarded behind-the-scenes production area where he managed to steal SSD drives from Jake “Stewie2K” Yip, Nikola “NiKo” Kovač, and Guy “NertZ” Iluz.

At the time of publication, the picture of nbgee12 allegedly holding Stewie2K's SSD was posted on Discord by the people nbgee12 was streaming with. Dust2.us has confirmed that the SSDs match the ones used at IEM Dallas 2024.

After a long string of player-related incidents, nbgee12 is permanently banned from competing on NA's most used platform. Previous incidents include a permanent ban for circumventing a ban on ESEA, a ban in the FACEIT Pro League for attempted matchfishing in FPL-C qualification, and a history of abusive and unprofessional behavior online and in person.
