The Counter-Strike 2 summer season in 2024 was incredibly intense and spectacular, attracting a huge number of viewers to numerous tournaments in London, Cologne, Copenhagen, and Riyadh. Na'Vi are the undisputed leaders

In the summer, Na'Vi took part in most major tournaments and showed excellent results. They reached the finals at three major events: BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2024, Esports World Cup 2024, and IEM Cologne 2024. Artem Ovdintsov, co-founder and CEO of Esports Charts, shared in an interview with Forbes: “This summer season broke all previous Na'Vi records. Their performances at IEM Cologne and Esports World Cup accounted for more than 60% of all views for the team over the summer.”

Vitality and G2 Esports in the top

The second place in the ranking in terms of viewership was taken by Team Vitality, which also had a great summer season, gaining 16.11 million viewership hours. They won IEM Cologne 2024 and took first place in their group at BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2024. A significant portion of their views came from matches at the tournament in Cologne.

G2 Esports took the third place in the ranking of the most popular teams with 14.57 million hours of viewing. Their victories at IEM Dallas 2024 and second place at Esports World Cup 2024 played an important role in this.
