After two years in the Monte organization, the team left the coach Serhij “lmbt” Bezhanov, one of the legendary coaches of Ukraine. Who at one time was the coach of Mousesports, HellRaisers and other teams.
Monte recently switched to a Polish roster and two Ukrainians in the roster learned Polish, but for lmbt, learning Polish is over.

Reasons for replacement
Most likely the reason for the replacement was the poor results of the team in recent times, not reaching RMR, third place at ESL Challenger Atlanta 2024 Europe Closed Qualifier, 13-16th place at Thunderpick World Championship 2024 EU Closed Qualifier 2.
After the substitutions in Monte, the team entered the new season controversially, out of the first 5 matches, the team managed to win 3 matches. New coach
Who will be the new coach of the team is still unknown, but there are three potential candidates. One of the two current analysts could become the new coach, but nawrot will have priority, because he was already the head coach. Also the post can be taken by the first coach of the team KrizzeN, who is now an assistant coach.
Fans are calling for kuben, who left ENCE a couple of days ago and is now without a team. And the Polish roster of Monte could be a good option for him, but we will wait.

Future LMBT
