The first few teams have officially confirmed that they are now practicing Counter-Strike 2. Among them are Monte, Vitality, NIP and GamerLegion.

These four squads confirmed their decision to switch when speaking to HLTV reporters.

The other 16 teams interviewed either ignored the request or replied that they are still playing praccs in CS:GO. These included the following teams:

Note that clubs may not be completely honest about playing in CS2 to have some advantage due to such secrecy. At the same time, individual players may be getting used to the new Counter-Strike little by little. This is the case, for example, with Robin "ropz" Kohl streaming CS2.

As a reminder, Valve announced some news for September 27. The community believes that either the launch of the CS2 open beta or the full game release could happen.
