Finnish eSports organization Heimo has made an announcement introducing a new head coach, Mikko "xartE" Välimaa. The 32-year-old veteran, who has played for teams such as ROCCAT, ENCE and HAVU in his career, is returning to the world of eSports after a short break.

Mikko "xartE" Välimaa has been out of work since April 2023 when he left Team HAVU. During his career xartE has represented renowned cybersport organizations such as player, ROCCAT, ENCE and HAVU, as well as being a coach for HAVU, his career itself started from 2012 as a player and from 2022 as a coach, which shows his high level of professionalism and skill.

Achievements with HAVU

As coach of the HAVU squad, xartE led the team to victory at the Pelaajat.com Series Showoff Spring 2023 where they earned $3,175. In addition, under his leadership, HAVU finished second at CCT Season 1 North Europe Series 5, earning $10,000, losing to ENCE in the finals. The team also reached 3-4th place at the Elisa Masters Espoo 2023 tournament, earning $15,000.
