Falcons Bid Farewell to Magisk
The Saudi organization Team Falcons, for whom Magisk had been playing since late 2023, confirmed the farewell to the four-time Major champion. The Danish rifler was benched back in June 2025 after a series of disappointing team results.
With Falcons, Magisk spent one and a half seasons. During this time, the team participated in several prestigious tournaments but failed to reach the expected heights — winning only 1 title, PGL Bucharest 2025, and often stopping at playoff stages just short of the finals or losing in the finals. Despite maintaining stable individual statistics, Magisk gradually found himself out of the starting lineup.

Stavns Takes a Break
Magisk's return was made possible due to a forced roster change in Astralis. According to the organization, Martin "stavn" Lund is taking an indefinite break to focus on personal matters and restore balance between his career and life.
Stavn joined Astralis in October 2023 along with jabbi after a high-profile transfer from Heroic. In two years with the team, he helped them consistently play in top tournaments and reach the semifinals of PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, as well as maintain the team's stability. His aggressive style and consistent results made him a key element of the lineup.

“Astralis Means a Lot to Me” — Magisk
Magisk himself warmly responded to his return:
Astralis means a lot to me, so of course, I'm happy to have the opportunity to help.
It will be nice to wear the star shirt again, and I am extremely motivated to help the team alongside the guys.
And lastly, my thoughts are with Martin. I hope he gets as much time as he needs.Emil "Magisk" Reif
These words highlight both Magisk's emotional connection to the club and his respect for the situation stavn is in.
Past Successes of Magisk in Astralis
- won three Major tournaments,
- secured titles at IEM Katowice, ESL Pro League, ECS, and BLAST,
- Intel Grand Slam Season 1, MVP at IEM Katowice 2019, and BLAST Pro Series Lisbon 2018
Magisk was not only a key rifler but also temporarily took on the role of in-game leader after gla1ve's break, demonstrating versatility and composure in crucial moments.

What's Next for Astralis?
