M80 CS2 Analyst Leaves Team and Returns to Player Role

Bobby "stamina" Eitrem has announced his departure from M80, where he served as an analyst. Citing ongoing demands to juggle his role with full-time employment, stamina decided to leave after four months with the team.

His time at M80 was marked by notable achievements, despite a failure at the PGL Major Copenhagen Americas RMR, where the team finished 6-8 and missed out on the coveted tournament. His decision to leave is not related to the departure of key player Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa, who is rumored to be joining G2.

Comment from Bobby "stamina" Eitrem on his reason for leaving:

I was a player from 2019 to 2021 and always played for a salary, but after leaving Nouns in August 2023, I formed the MIGHT lineup and played with them all day, paying all my bills with savings. When they ran out and I had no paid opportunities left, I had to get a job, and with that, I couldn’t play full-time. I wanted to stay connected in CS2, so I looked for an analyst job and found M80. I had a trial contract, and I wanted to extend it to eventually become a full-time coach/manager, which unfortunately did not happen. They offered me to stay in my current position, but balancing this with a 9-5 job is very tough, and I never wanted to stop playing completely. Given this, I believe my time is best spent as a player + full-time job until I can no longer play. It was a fantastic opportunity, and I learned a lot, but I will continue playing.

Who will replace the departed analyst and malbsMd remains unknown, but announcements are expected soon. Stamina himself plans to return to the scene as a player, offering him new opportunities in the future.
