Tiaan "T.c" Cortzen, the coach of the North American organization Complexity Gaming, discussed the possibility of his team ending FaZe Clan's 17-match winning streak. It is against them that his players will play in the semi-finals of BLAST Premier: Fall Final.

For Complexity, this is already the second championship in Counter-Strike 2 where they have reached the playoffs. The first was Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023, where they lost to FaZe Clan in the championship finals with a score of 1:2 on maps.

Let's see what happens tomorrow. We just saw how easily everything can change here on the third map, and how suddenly shots start hitting their mark. Someone has to eventually break this streak, right?We're not in the form we were in when we went to Sydney. It feels like we're making a lot of mistakes at this tournament so far, I can't deny that. As I've already said, sometimes we read the game correctly, we have four people on the site. And then the whole setup falls apart, and we end up at the mercy of one guy.

   

To advance to the semi-finals of BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023, FaZe Clan only needed to top Group A, defeating Ninjas in Pyjamas and Cloud9 along the way. Meanwhile, Complexity defeated NAVI in the quarter-finals yesterday and will start their match against FaZe Clan today at 18:30 CEST.
