HuNter- about BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: “It means a lot to all the players who are here”

G2 Esports player Nemanja HuNter- Kovach discussed the importance of BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 for professional CS:GO players. The Bosnian athlete hopes that Counter-Strike 2 will be even better than the previous version of the shooter from Valve.

In the summer of 2023, Counter-Strike will receive a global update and switch to the Source 2 engine. The new version of the game will be called Counter-Strike 2, making BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023, the last major in the history of CS:GO. This fact gives more importance to the championship for professional players and clubs since it is the last chance to win the coveted trophy for many of them. Ninjas in Pyjamas became the first major champions, and very soon, we will find out who will be the last.

To play the last major of this legendary game means a lot to all the players here. Everyone wants to show their best result. Everyone is very well prepared, even at the Challengers stage. Of course, when you go to the Legends stage, playing in front of the arena and the crowd will be even cooler.
But we are far from that. We need four more victories if we want to secure these feelings, so we are moving step by step. All in all, I can't describe my feelings after playing the last CS:GO major and switching to CS2. This is a legendary game, and I'm glad to be a big part of it, as are all the players here. I hope that CS2 will be even better than CS:GO, and in ten years, maybe I will talk to someone younger than me, and he will say the same.
