Riot Games released the game Valorant over three years ago, but during this time, a convenient and necessary feature of offline mode, as is possible in Steam or most other game clients, never appeared in it.
In this article, we will explain how to turn on offline mode in Valorant using the Deceive program.
How to download and run Deceive?
Go to the link https://github.com/molenzwiebel/Deceive/releases/tag/v1.12.1, scroll down the page and click on Deceive.exe.
After clicking, you will be asked to choose a path to download the file. Choose the most convenient option for you and click "Save"
Open the downloaded file, but before that close the Riot Games client so that the program works correctly. The first time you open it, the program will ask which game you want to use offline mode for. In our case, this is Valorant.
If you plan to use the program only for Valorant, you can check the box so that it remembers your choice and doesn't ask again.
After choosing Valorant, the game will automatically start in offline mode. To make sure the program is working correctly, check your friends list. At the very bottom of the list should be a friend with the nickname "Deceive Active".
If you have it, it means that you are in offline mode. In this case, your friends will no longer see you online, and your status will be hidden from them.
If not, then you need to completely close the Riot Games client and the program. Then launch Deceive, and it will automatically start the game in offline mode.
Another program for offline mode will soon appear in the Valorant community, which will have more functionality than Deceive. Data miner KINGDOM LABORATORIES told on his Twitter page that he is working on his own program and shared its functionality in a short video.
