Swedish club EYEBALLERS has signed 23-year-old Ludwig "HEAP" Alonso on a permanent basis, having played several matches with him in the first half of August.
The former Dignitas player will replace Robin "flusha" Rönnquist, who has ended his career.
EYEBALLERS Lineup:
What will the newcomer change?
30-year-old flusha has long been a shadow of his former self, losing the skills that brought him several trophies. But can HEAP be a worthy replacement, instantly making EYEBALLERS a threat in tier-2? For now, there's no such certainty, but it's clear that Ludwig's shooting skills surpass his predecessor, giving the team a small but significant boost.
The next match for EYEBALLERS will be on August 22 against OG in the Pinnacle Cup V playoffs. It's worth noting that the team left the CCT North Europe Series 7 today, having not won a single match in the tournament.
