GamerLegion signed Tauson to replace aNdu

GamerLegion has announced the signing of young Danish player Sebastian “Tauson” Lindelof. He will replace Andreas “aNdu” Maassing, who was unexpectedly sent to the bench on September 20.

Reasons for the replacement and the choice of Tauson

The decision to replace aNdu came as a surprise to many, but team coach Ashley “ash” Batti explained that GamerLegion was looking for a player who would fit the “mentality and ideology” of the squad. Tauson, a product of the Sprout Academy, impressed the organization with his play and recommendations from previous coaches.

“We believe he will become a top-level player in the future,” said coach ash. “He has shown a high level of versatility and is constantly striving to improve."

Tauson's career before GamerLegion

Prior to joining GamerLegion, the 19-year-old Tauson spent a significant part of 2024 with Secret and then played for ECSTATIC for three months. As a member of the Danish team, he raised his rating to 6.3, which was a key factor in his transition to a top-tier team.
