fnx reveals how he avoided punishment from Valve for VAC ban on a borrowed account

The legendary three-time Counter-Strike world champion Lincoln “fnx” Lau shocked his fans when he revealed that Valve contacted him through an account that was banned for VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat). The player admitted that he had lent this account to a friend who used cheats, which is why he was banned.

Details:

I had an account that I gave to my friend. He used cheats and the account was banned. But I already had another account. Valve asked me about this account after I won my first Major,” fnx said during a stream with influencer Jon Vlogs.

According to fnx, the key to avoiding serious punishment was that he told Valve the truth. He explained to the developers that this blocked account was given to his friend. Valve did not take any sanctions against the player because he admitted everything honestly.
