On the night of December 10 to 11, FACEIT, the most popular platform for finding competitive matches in Counter-Strike 2, disabled the ability for all players, except for Russians and Kazakhs, to play on Moscow servers.
Previously, Ukrainian players had asked FACEIT to remove Moscow servers due to the potential for personal data leakage as a result of laws adopted in Russia. And now the Moscow servers are isolated from the outside world.

However, any player can still set the Russian or Kazakh flag in their profile and continue playing on Moscow servers. But now for all players with other flags, the choice of servers now looks like this:
