FACEIT announces automatic chat moderation

After the update, the artificial intelligence Minerva will actively monitor the toxicity in game chats. Depending on the violations, the system will issue warnings and prohibit players from accessing the lobby chat.

Platform users are not sure about the profitability of such moderation. Some gamers believe that this will increase toxicity directly in matches on the platform - for example, users banned by AI in chat will start ruining the matches on the server.
