What are your impressions after the match? Can it be said that the Turks are your comfortable opponent?
The impressions after the match are very, very positive because we proved to ourselves that we can beat such teams not only in a Bo1 format but also in important Bo3 games to qualify for the playoffs. I wouldn't say that the Turks are a comfortable opponent for us, because we played both practices and official online matches against them, and it was very, very tough against them.
On Mirage, you almost didn't give away buy rounds. Did you read the opponent well?
On Mirage, we knew how they were going to play and simply tailored our rounds from the stratbook to their gameplay.
Were you prepared for Eternal Fire to pick Anubis? What was the decisive factor in the overtimes?
We thought they would pick Inferno, but they picked Anubis. We tried to adjust our defense to their attack, but we couldn't manage it. However, we knew that if we took 2-3 rounds and then won the pistol round on the T-side, the game could still be turned around. When we won the pistol round, we started picking up rounds as terrorists, and we could already say we had match point. They took one lucky round, or even two, in defense. After that, we realized they got a bit lucky and simply continued to apply pressure in the overtimes. Ultimately, we won.
