Jakub “kuben” Gurczyński has been officially removed from the active roster of CS2 team ENCE and will not participate in the upcoming ESL Pro League Season 20. This decision was made as part of the organization's efforts to change strategy and improve game results, which have recently fallen short of their high expectations.
Reason for the replacement
The decision to send Jakub “kuben” Gurczyński to the bench was not an easy one. According to ENCE general manager, Niklas “Willkey” Ojalainen, the team's recent results have not been up to the organization's high standards.
kuben has a clear vision of their operation and playing style and unfortunately we have not been able to combine it with ours. This of course led us to the need to find a new direction, to find someone who sees the game the way our players want to play it.
The ENCE CS2 team performance hasn’t been meeting the level of our expectations and we are now taking steps to get back on track.
