ENCE became the champions of the Elisa Masters Espoo 2024 held in their home country. The team managed to defeat HEROIC in the tournament final with a score of 3-1, thus winning their first tournament with the new lineup in their first tournament. This result is shocking, as winning a tournament is extremely difficult, especially in such a short time.

The team failed the closed qualifiers for the RMR, after which they replaced two players, and with about a week of practice, they managed to win Elisa Masters Espoo 2024. This is an incredible result and a testament to the respect for gla1ve as a captain.

Match Details

The first map was Ancient, where the first half was close and ended with a score of 7-5. In the second half, HEROIC performed much better, winning 8 rounds and thus taking the victory with a score of 13-10.

The second map was Nuke, where ENCE dominated their opponents in the first half, finishing at 10-2. In the second half, they simply saw the game through to the end, winning 13-7.

The third map was Vertigo, where something unbelievable happened. The first half ended sensationally at 10-2 in favor of ENCE. In the second half, HEROIC showed great performance, also closing the half at 10-2, ensuring extra rounds. But it wasn't as simple as it seemed, the game ended not in the first extra rounds but in the third. ENCE managed to squeeze out the opponent, winning with a score of 22-19.

The fourth and final map was the legendary Dust 2, where the first half ended once again decisively and once again in favor of ENCE, with a score of 9-3. In the second half, gla1ve and company simply saw the game through to the end and became tournament champions.

Age is not an obstacle?

Yes, responded gla1ve, becoming the best player of the final. He had an incredible final, not only as a captain but as a player. It's very pleasing to watch this guy, who just dazzles. His rating in the final was 6.7 over 4 maps and a stat of 82-70 in K-D ratio.

There is currently no information on future tournaments for ENCE, but it is known that the team will miss the upcoming RMR and will likely play in tournaments from CCT or other TOs.

For HEROIC, the situation is better in this regard. The team will not only participate in the RMR but also in the Thunderpick World Championship 2024, which starts tomorrow. However, their match is scheduled for October 23, giving the team some time to rest.
