According to Dona Dona, this project was originally founded as a passion project with the aim of getting OhnePixel stickers at Major. Salaries for the players were never discussed and were not part of the deal. Instead, players receive most of the profit from the sale of stickers if they manage to pass the RMR stage. In addition, OhnePixel covers all expenses related to the organization of bootcamps, accommodation, and flights.

Dona said in her tweet: "At no time was a salary for the players discussed or agreed upon. They make most of their profit from sticker sales. If they go through the RMR stage, it will bring them the most financial benefit. No one is cheated, and all conditions have been pre-agreed upon.
