Former Liquid, HEROIC and North CadiaN player returns to the role of analyst, but only as part of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 for now. The player is on Liquid's bench after failing a season with them.
While the player is unclear about his future as a player, he has been invited to take on the role of analyst for BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024. He will return to this role after 9 years, the last time he appeared in this role was during ESL One: Cologne 2015.
CadiaN had a disappointing season at Liquid, with a pretty good roster and star players. Failed at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: American RMR, home IEM Dallas 2024 and many other tournaments. Best result was 2nd place at the CCT Season 1 Global Finals online tournament, where they lost to Eternal Fire in the final.
When he joined the team there were high hopes that he could bring the teams back to the top level, but that didn't happen. His stats for his time at Liquid were 5.9, which is bad considering his role as a sniper, so he was moved to the bench.
CadiaN's career started in 2011, but despite that, he made two appearances as an analyst and observer in 2015, after which he quit and went back to being a player. Sometimes he returned to the role of Analyst, but only as a guest player.
Despite not having a team, cadiaN is not missing BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024, he appeared as an analyst after the match of his former team HEROIC, which he left after a controversy. He will be appearing alongside TechGirl for their last two matches, Vitality vs GamerLegion and Astralis vs Falcons.
His future remains unknown for now, which is puzzling. Perhaps he will become a frequent guest in the analytics studio, not only at this tournament but others as well. Most likely he will miss the Majors for the second time in a row because he is without a team, and invitations will be issued in a week and a half.
