The fate of the last ticket to the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 is now known - in the decider match of the RMR bracket, FaZe team managed to surpass Cloud9, winning 2-0.

The match was not without a comeback with overtime on the first map, which some compared to the ELEAGUE Major Boston 2018 final, where Cloud9 themselves made a comeback. But today the opposite happened, as FaZe were losing 5-14 on Mirage at one point, but eventually made it to the OT rounds, which they won, as well as the second map Inferno - 16:9. Some might say that the situations are completely different - where one is a major final and the other is a match for a spot in it. But in both cases, the stakes are high.

With a slight lead, the MVP of the match was ropz, who made 49 kills with 36 deaths. We should also mention broky, thanks to whom FaZe were able to take Mirage, despite being significantly behind in rounds - his stats were 32-16.
