BIG suddenly destroy Astralis to send them to Last Chance Stage

The second round of the Knockout Stage at Blast Premier Spring Groups has ended, and the last match has delivered another shocking result.

BIG faced Astralis, who managed to get second place in their group. Previously, BIG outplayed Evil Geniuses in the first round of the Knockout Stage.

BIG picked Dust 2, and it was a very close map. Astralis weren’t successful enough on the CT side to win more than seven rounds, and BIG used it to their advantage after the sides switched. In the second half, the German team looked much more confident than their opponents and won the map with a score of 16-13.

Astralis decided to play Mirage, and the Danish team collapsed on that map. In the first half, Astralis weren’t able to do anything BIG were reading the game and destroying their opponents, finishing the half with a score of 14-1. After the sides switched, Astralis tried to come back, but the difference in rounds was too big, and BIG won the game 16-6.

BIG are going to face FaZe in the final round of the Knockout Stage, while Astralis are waiting for their opponents in the Last Chance Stage.
