Florian "syrsoN" Rische has concluded his time with BIG. The German sniper was benched, which was an unexpected outcome for his stay with the team. BIG announced this decision only nine days after revealing they were exploring options to continue working with the player. syrsoN himself admitted that the news came as a surprise to him. 

syrsoN's Performance in BIG

syrsoN's return to BIG in February this year was accompanied by a switch to German for team communication, but the squad did not achieve significant success. The player's performance was also below expectations, especially compared to his peak in 2020. He finished the last three months with a 6.0 rating.

Even tow b's return as a performance coach didn't help syrsoN regain his previous form. BIG's highest achievement this year was finishing in the top-16 at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.
