Astralis W has announced roster changes, excluding Aurora "⁠aurora⁠" Lyngdal, Anja "⁠anja⁠" Soelberg, and Josefine "⁠josefine⁠" Jensen from the team. Meanwhile, the contracts of Marie "⁠marie⁠" Ellen Toft Sørensen and Isabella "⁠Ismo⁠" Ferslev have been extended.

We are working on a broader strategic initiative for all three of our teams. The women's team will be part of the upcoming cooperation among all teams and coaches.

Kasper Straube, Astralis' sporting director, commented on the changes

While Astralis adapts to these changes, fans eagerly await how these adjustments will affect the women's team in upcoming tournaments. Extending the contracts with marie and Ismo hints at a stable core around which the team will rebuild.

Astralis W's last tournament was ESL Impact League Season 5 Europe, where they placed 11th-12th, prompting the changes. Their next tournament could be ESL Impact League Season 6: European Division, if they qualify through the open qualifiers.
