An update has been released for Counter-Strike 2 — Anubis and Ancient maps added, and chickens were taught to swim

Valve Corporation released a patch for Counter-Strike 2, which added the Anubis and Ancient maps to the game. They replaced the Overpass and Vertigo locations. Information about the update appeared on the official shooter's website.

The Overpass map was added to CS2 with the update on July 18, along with the Vertigo location — they replaced Nuke and Office. At the same time, the developers added the "Wingman" mode. This also marked the start of the third wave of key distribution for the limited testing of CS2, which started in the spring.
